Our medium roast gives a significantly sweeter taste to our coffee. While some of the bean’s natural characteristics will be developed, some will also be taken away, such as acidity. We believe it accomplishes the perfect equilibrium between bitterness, sweetness, and acidity.

Gasharu – Vibrant Rwanda Lot
High in the hills of western Rwanda, near the shores of Lake Kivu, the Gasharu washing station brings together coffee from over 1,000 smallholder farmers. Grown at elevations up to 2,100 metres, this lot reflects the region’s rich soils and ideal climate. Carefully processed, it captures the clarity, sweetness, and vibrant character that define Rwanda’s finest coffees.
