The Guatemalan beans impart bright, fresh chocolate notes, while the El Salvadoran beans introduce a smooth complexity that elevates the overall profile. Finally, the Ethiopian Sidamo beans provide a delicate high note finish, adding a floral jasmine touch that lingers beautifully on the palate.
